The Fringe Hours (Book Review)

As I’ve mentioned before I am a maximizer. I am wired to help others take things to the next level and am happy to see them take the next steps towards their God-sized dreams.

I am a natural promoter who enjoys sharing things that I stand behind and am excited about. One of the ways that I walk this out is through book reviews and serving on book launch teams.

It is an honor to be a part of Jessica Turner’s launch team for her book The Fringe Hours. Last week I shared my favorite quotes from this book.

The Fringe Hours is a practical, helpful, freedom-to-let-go-and-grow kind of book. Jessica is a kind and loving teacher throughout the carefully crafted pages of this gift. She shares strategies and secrets that have worked for herself and many other women in regards to making time for yourself on a consistent basis.

This is not a book about avoiding responsibility so you can be a lady of leisure and be fed grapes. This book is about being committed to the duties and delights set before you and being a good steward of those things by taking care of yourself.

Say no to guilt as you recognize your limits.

Say yes to self-care as you embrace your interests and hobbies.

Jessica weaves powerful interviews and meaningful statistics into this labor of love so that you are thoroughly convinced and genuinely inspired to make time for the things that feed your soul.

The Fringe Hours is an invitation to find joy, be rejuvenated, and live full (but not overwhelmed). It is a guide for making the most of your days and enjoying this journey through life as a one-of-a-kind woman.

I hope you are already convinced that you should buy this book, but, just in case you need any more convincing, head on over to FringeHours.com to read Chapter 1.

I love promoting things, especially books, too. 🙂 Fringe Hours was a good one!

Hi, I am on the Fringe Hours team too. It is a wonderful book. I loved reading it. I am also going to take part in the Bloom Book Club.
